In the second quarter of 2025, the puzzle game category in Hungary delivered intriguing insights into user engagement and revenue trends. According to Sensor Tower data, the top five puzzle games showed varied performance across downloads, revenue, and active users.

Screwdom by Zego Global Pte Ltd experienced notable fluctuations. Weekly revenue peaked at approximately $6K in early May, with a slight dip mid-quarter but rebounding to around $5.9K by the end of June. Downloads started strong at 5.1K, saw a mid-quarter decline, and closed at 1.9K. Active users hovered around 24K initially, decreasing slightly to about 20.6K by quarter's end.

Color Block Jam from Rollic Games maintained a relatively stable weekly revenue, starting at $3.7K and ending at $4.7K. Downloads were consistent, with a small peak at 6.1K in mid-May, while active users ranged from 19K to 23K throughout the quarter.

Angry Birds 2 by Rovio Entertainment Oyj saw its revenue peak at $3.8K in mid-April before declining to $2.2K by June's end. Downloads experienced a drop from 2.5K in April to under 1K by June, while active users decreased from 12.7K to 9.8K.

June’s Journey: Hidden Objects by wooga showed a steady increase in revenue, culminating at $2.8K in the last week of June. Downloads remained low but steady, peaking at 293 in May. Active users were stable, fluctuating between 1.8K to 2.3K.

Finally, Triviador from THX GAMES Zrt saw a gradual increase in revenue, reaching $1.2K by the end of June. Downloads were robust early on, peaking at 3.8K in mid-May. Active users saw a decline from 40K to 28K over the quarter.
